When you submit an enquiry, quote request, callback request or itinerary download form, we collect the details you provide (such as name, mobile number, email, destination interest and travel dates) along with technical information like the page you submitted from, referrer, and marketing parameters (UTM source/medium/campaign/term/content and Google Click ID) where present.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and itineraries, process bookings, and — only with your consent — to share relevant offers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Aggregated, non-identifying analytics data may be used to understand site usage and improve our packages and content.

Enquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to service your request and for legitimate business record-keeping, then deleted or anonymised. We apply reasonable technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us.
