A booking is confirmed only after Shubh Mangaal Yatra has received an advance payment and communicated written confirmation of your itinerary, inclusions and price.

Package prices are quoted on a starting-from basis per person on the sharing type stated, and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Itineraries are planned in good faith, but sequence of sightseeing, accommodation or transport may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, local closures or safety considerations. We will inform you of material changes as soon as practical.

Travellers are expected to follow the guidance of our group leaders and local guides, particularly on treks, jungle safaris and high-altitude routes, for their own safety and that of the group.

Adventure activities not explicitly listed as inclusions are undertaken at the traveller's own discretion, risk and cost.

Shubh Mangaal Yatra acts as a tour operator coordinating third-party hotels, transport and local suppliers. While we select partners carefully, we are not liable for delays, losses or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, government action, or third-party service failures.
